Welcome to My Turn. And what is My Turn? If you’re a boomer, the answer is it is a publication all about you.

We had some fun coming up with the name My Turn, since we were told anything with the name “age” or “senior” in the title would not sit well. More than one boomer told us it was one of the worst days of their life when, on their 50th birthday, they received a letter informing them they were eligible to join AARP.

So My Turn is not about age, it is about experience. For boomers, life is not about the age of the champagne, but the taste. My Turn was launched as a publication whose mission it is to share the experiences of real people as they make real choices in making the most of their lives. Life is an adventure, and My Turn will be there to chronicle the lives of those who are making the journey with creativity and insight.
